When I checked in the lady didn’t give me any information on the code for the street door as she couldn’t speak English. I thought maybe a key would work which it didn’t. The first time I went out I was stuck outside for 20 minutes ringing the bell and then I finally realised no one was going to answer so I called the phone number and a man gave me the code. Also housekeeping seemed to only come a couple times during my stay. The pictures of the superior room I booked had a bath tub and a window however I didn’t get either of those in my room which was very disappointing. One of the days I came home the ‘window’ actually turned out to be a door Into a little bleak patio.. It must of been not locked properly by the last people who stayed there because it was wide opened when I came back and there was a load of bugs in my room as a result. Definitely need more communication on check in.

The location is really good, it's just up to 15 minutes' walk to the Catalunya square and not far from other important sights. A few supermarkets can be found around and some nice breakfast/brunch cafes (visit El Arbol brunch cafe if you have a chance) as well. We also liked the room itself - it's quite spacious and is very neat, the design is nice. Having the terrace is good, though it was kind of no use since there was no table or chairs on it. The WC is in a separate room and can be locked with a key. The room was clean.

Basically, everything was alright. There are just a few things I recommend improving: - It would be nice to receive the instructions on how to get to the room in case the check-in happens after 1 p.m. - The cleaner did not explain that one of the keys we were provided with was for the WC. We thought it was just 2 same keys to our room. Also, it would be nice to point to the instructions with the street code on the room table since we did not notice them at once. - It would be nice to have a teapot in the room or at least a shared one at the reception.

A cute apartment, very clean and nice. It is located in a historical building.

They did not reply at my requests upon booking and only sent me the info I required after I sent 2 emails and called.

The bed was really comfortable. The rooms itself was absolutely beautiful and we had a lovely big terrace which we weren’t expecting!

It would’ve been nice to have some tea/coffee making facilities or a mini fridge as there was no where to keep any snacks/drinks. Also the door didn’t seem that secure even with a lock.

The room was spotless. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Location is good, just a few minutes away from metro.

The room was good. It has a comfortable big bed. In general it was clean, although there was a stamp on the bedsheets. The bathroom was very clean. The location was great next to metro station and supermarket. We stayed for 5 nights, they changed the towels 3 days, but not the bedsheets.

Generally there was a lot of noise(we were hearing the metro all the time). There wasn't a receptionist almost every morning and when we finally saw her we couldn't communicate, because she didn't know english.
